ZZ Group, initially established in the 70s, has 4 manufacturing subsidiaries, which are located in Shanghai, Jiaxing, Wenzhou and Xiamen respectively. Being a high-tech enterprise, ZZ Group started its business in producing precision cold extruded aluminum and precision injection products, and has become the first domestic enterprise who manufactures capacitor aluminum cases, fuel filter aluminum cases and fuel pump aluminum cases, and was also the first in manufacturing capacitor mandrel and the 2.5 series plastic cases of capacitor.

Established in Jiaxing, Zhejiang in 2007 as a subsidiary of ZZ Group, Zhejiang ZZ Electric Co., Ltd is located in the center of Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Suzhou and Wuxi economic zone, all linked by developed transportation networks. Zhejiang ZZ is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, manufacture and distribution of new energy power battery structure components, capacitor accessories and auto parts. With a registered capital of 20 million Chinese Yuan, we own a plot of land of 14095㎡, together with a modern standard workshop of 16200㎡, and employ 311 staff including 56 professional engineers. The machining division is exceptionally well equipped, with independent mold processing equipment, multiple modern core equipment imported from Germany, a full set of production line for aluminum products processing and a wide variety of equipment for testing. We have a capacity of producing 5 million sets of big aluminum cases or aluminum products per month. Passed TS 16949 Quality System Certification on February 4th 2014, we hold more than 10 patents within the industry. We take pride in becoming a leading company in cold extrusion industry, and in building up long-term business relationships with many well recognized local and overseas  companies.

Our new energy department was established in March 2014, with an initial key focus on the R&D and manufacture of cylindrical li-battery cases and caps, servicing local and overseas world-renowned cylindrical li-battery manufacturers with top quality products. In November 2015, followed by the  decision of board to increase the investment in the new energy industry, the company bought    more than a dozen set of automatic drawing machines, high precision punching machines, copper  and aluminum composite equipment, automatic welding machines and some other high precision   production equipment for both research and manufacture of square li-battery structure components, resulting in a production capacity of up to 150 thousand pieces of square li-battery cases and  up to 50 thousand pieces of plate cover per day .
